1. What Himalia holds

Himalia stores membership, entry requests, and (when the place uses dues) payment claims on Wenesay's Diagonal API so a gate device and a member phone can agree on the same decision. Visitor names and phone numbers entered by a member are treated as claimed, not identity-verified, and are purged 90 days after the visit window unless the place shortens that period. Country of residence is stored for policy and is not a verification of identity.

2. How to delete your data

• Leave or have an admin revoke your membership. Personal fields on the membership row are nulled after 30 days; financial records needed for the place's books are retained for seven years.
• Uninstalling the Android app removes the on-device session. Place records on the server are not wiped by uninstall alone — email support to request deletion of your person record.
